The High Priestess
A crowned woman sits utterly still between a black pillar and a white one, a thin veil patterned with pomegranates stretched behind her. A crescent moon rests at her feet and a scroll marked TORA lies half-hidden in her lap. Behind the veil, water.
★ Upright
The High Priestess is the knowing that arrives without evidence. Upright, she counsels stillness: the answer you need is not in more research or more opinions but in what you already sense and have been talking yourself out of. Secrets, intuition, dreams, and unspoken currents are all her territory. Wait, watch, and trust the quiet signal.
♺ Reversed
Reversed, the inner voice is being shouted down — by noise, by other people's certainty, or by your own refusal to hear something inconvenient. It can also mark secrets working against you: information withheld, currents moving under the surface of a situation. Reconnect with your own counsel before deciding anything.
